Our Hotel has offered restaurant service since the beginning of its history, from when Mamma Brione was directly in the kitchen (this is how foreigners called the founder).

Our cuisine is as attentive as possible to raw materials, favoring the territory and local companies, favoring simplicity.
Among the menus we offer there are also local tradition, Mediterranean dishes and vegetarian options.

In addition of course to personalized dishes cooked for vegans, celiacs or intolerant.

Chef Michele has been with us for several years, the dining room staff is close-knit and the faces and names of those who make it up are now the cover images of the Brione.

The wine cellar is constantly evolving, looking for proposals as organic as possible

The desserts are all homemade, by Alessandra who in 2020 started an unconventional artisan pastry (Albumi) project.
